It lies approximately {{convert|50|km}} north of the district headquarters town of Bhiwani. {{As of|2011|alt=As of the 2011 Census of India}}, the village had 543 households with a population of 3,045 of which 1,638 were male and 1,407 female.^[1]

Kalod is an entire Hindu Village.

Village Kalod is mainly dependent on agriculture , 70% of the villagers of Kalod is farmer , Many people of the village are rendering their services in the Indian Army, many people in the village live in various states and do their own Businesses and are providing their Services.
