As a folkstyle wrestler, Dake was only the third wrestler to win four NCAA Division I national titles and the first to do so in four different weight classes.[1] FolkstyleDake competed for the wrestling team at Cornell University. Between 2010 and 2013, he became only the third wrestler to win four NCAA Division I titles. Among four-time champions, however, he is the only one to win each title at a different weight class, and the only one to forgo a year of not officially competing.[2] Following his final season, WIN Magazine awarded Dake the Dan Hodge Trophy as the most outstanding college wrestler.[3] FreestyleAt the 2018 World Wrestling Championships in Budapest, Hungary, Dake won a world gold medal at the 79 kg weight class.
