LocationThe village is located on Route 52, {{convert|2.5|km}} south of Route 1. It is about {{convert|5|km}} southwest of Colonia Valdense and {{convert|9|km}} southwest of Nueva Helvecia. HistoryThis village was established in 1858 as a Waldensian colony.[1] PopulationIn 2011 La Paz had a population of 603.[1]
