释义 |
The chapters from Nick's perspective are written by Levithan while the chapters from Norah's perspective are written by Cohn.[2] PlotThe novel is told from the alternating perspectives of Nick, the only straight member of a queer core rock band, and Norah, the daughter of a well-known music producer. After a concert, Nick sees his ex-girlfriend in the bar and asks Norah to pretend to be his girlfriend for five minutes. Norah agrees but only because she wants to find a ride for her very drunk friend Caroline. Through myriad circumstances, Nick and Norah find themselves spending the rest of the night together, heading to a strip club to watch nuns gyrate to the sound of music and sneaking into a hotel to make out. At the end of the novel, they decide that perhaps they don't know what the future holds, but they are willing to give this relationship a try.[3] References1. ^{{cite web|title=Infrequently Asked Questions|url=http://davidlevithan.com/about/faq2/|accessdate=18 June 2015}} {{2000s-LGBT-novel-stub}}2. ^{{Cite journal|jstor = 27807204|title = Collaboration in Young Adult Literature: Examples and Practical Applications|last = Krieger|first = Courtney|date = May 2010|journal = The English Journal|doi = |pmid = |last2 = Perry|first2 = Karin|publisher = National Council of Teachers of English|issue = 5|volume = 99|page = 103}} 3. ^{{cite web|title=NICK & NORAH’S INFINITE PLAYLIST|url=http://davidlevithan.com/nick-and-norah-2/|accessdate=18 June 2015}} 4 : 2006 American novels|Collaborative fiction|Novels about music|American LGBT novels |
