Construction started

At least ten houses are nearing completion and one family has already moved into Park Enclave. First house construction has started in Park Enclave at street 28. Many owners have applied for possession and building plan approvals. It is hoped that a number of households will move to Enclave by the end of 2018.{{when|date=April 2018}}

Park Enclave

'The jewel of Islamabad' is a posh, environment friendly, face recognition and security gated CDA housing scheme in Islamabad.[1] It is located at a convenient distance of 7km from Islamabad Club and 8 km from Serena Hotel. Park enclave is just across the road to Gen Prevez Musharaf Farm House, Chak Shahzad, at the intersection of Park Road and Kuri Road. The enclave has convenient access from Kashmir Chowk, Kashmir Highway, Lehtrar Road and Islamabad Highway.

This scheme excels due to a wide main road, trees, and botanical nurseries on both sides. Its surroundings include Pakistan Agricultural Research Council Chak Shehzad Farms, National Center for Rural Development, Prime Ministers Hospital Complex and COMSATS Lehtrar Road. This is also aligned with Government Officers housing scheme of Pakistan Housing Authority at Kuree Road a fast developing, high profile and disciplined neighborhood. Park Enclave is the only CDA scheme with security and face recognition entry system.

CDA has completed development of phase 1 of Park Enclave. An entrance security gate structure has been raised, main double roads connecting to Park Road and Kurree Road fully completed. All internal roads electric poles, and sewage have been laid down.

This scheme is ready for house construction. CDA has given the possession of plots to 15 or more owners who have made full payments of the plots.

Current price range for one kanal plot is 2.30 crore to 3 crore depending on location. Plot prices are expected to increase once the construction phase starts in full boom. At this point a jump in prices is expected. Prices will keep rising until at par with one kanal plot price in D-12 and F-11- Rs 4 to 5 crores.

Project details

As per Capital Development Authority, the project is divided into two phases: Phase I,

and Phase II. Phase I is fully developed.

For the first time, Capital Development Authority is introducing water metering and billing through digital metering as a pilot project. It would also be equipped with Broadband (Telecom, TV and Internet) having Fiber to the home (FTTH) network for all type of communications.[2]

Development

The scheme is ready for possession and construction. Development is fully accomplished all the basic ifrastructure laid down. Ready for house construction. [3]
