Dr Sa’ad Bin Khalid Bin Sa’ad Allah Al Jabri is a Brigadier-General and Minister of State as well as being a long-time adviser to Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad bin Nayef of Saudi Arabia. Starting in 2010, the Minister of the Interior had entrusted him with a major security adviser position, where he helped create various counter-terrorism and rehabilitation programs.^[1]

In September, 2015, Al Jabry made a private visit to then-CIA Director John Brennan in the US. He had not informed Mohammed bin Salman in advance, and was promptly fired when he returned to Saudi Arabia.^[2]

As of December 2018, he is living in exile.^[2]
