Śaśakāsana (शशकासन) is a yoga pose. EtymologyThe name comes from the Sanskrit words śaśakā meaning "rabbit" and āsana meaning "seat" or "pose". DescriptionRabbit Pose is an intense forward bending pose, which is opposite the camel pose. It stretches the entire back of the spine and shoulders.
