BiographyShivangi Sharma was born and brought up in Bhopal. She studied Communication Design from Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune and from there she was selected for a character in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii by Balaji Telefilms after an audition which took place in her college. Personal lifeShe tied the knot with long time partner Arjun Sengupta on 28 November 2017 in Bhopal. CareerShe made her acting debut in 2007 as Gauri in Balaji Telefilms' show Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. In 2008 she played the role of Anita in Kasturi. Her next major role was in 2009 as Sunehri in Na Aana Is Des Laado for Colors. After that she played Kanika Prasad in Yahaaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli in 2011 after replacing an actor. In December 2012 Shivangi started playing the character of Darshana in Zee TV's Aaj Ki Housewife Hai... Sab Jaanti Hai. In March 2014, the actress played the character of Bhakti in Sasural Simar Ka and simultaneously played the character of Indrani in Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev.[1] Shivangi has done few episodes for crime series Savdhaan India as well.[1] She also appeared in SAB TV's popular shows Krishan Kanhaiya and Chidiya Ghar.
