He played for teams in Uruguay (Club Nacional de Football, Club Atletico River Plate, Montevideo Wanderers, Plaza Colonia), Argentina (San Lorenzo de Almagro, Club Atlético Independiente, Estudiantes de La Plata), Barcelona Sporting Club in Ecuador and finally Matsunichi in China.
