Changes between 2017 and 2021

Neil McEvoy was expelled by Plaid Cymru for 18 months on 19 March 2018,[7] and now sits under the label "Fairwater Cardiff West".[8]

A by-election in Ely ward, in West Cardiff, resulted in Plaid Cymru making a gain from Labour. This brings Plaid back to 3 seats on the council.[9]
