BBTS Bielsko-Biała and Dafi Społem Kielce were relegated to the first league after season 2017–18.[1] Łuczniczka Bydgoszcz beat AZS Częstochowa in playoffs for keeping in the PlusLiga.[2]On December 13, 2018 Stocznia Szczecin withdrew from the league due to financial issues.
