Clara Tauson (born 21 December 2002 in Gentofte, Greater Copenhagen) is a Danish tennis player playing for KB Tennis (Copenhagen Tennis) and Denmark's Fed Cup team. She is the daughter of Søren Tauson, a brother of former tennis player Michael Tauson.

Junior career

She is the 2017 European Youth Olympic Festival champion.

She has won nine singles tournaments on the ITF Junior Circuit.

In January 2019, Tauson became number one on ITF girls junior rankings and won the girls' singles event at the 2019 Australian Open.[1]

Senior career

In 2016, at age 13, she became the youngest winner of the Women's Singles Danish championship, beating the record set by a 14-year-old Caroline Wozniacki.[2]

Tauson has, since her debut in 2017, won four tournaments on the ITF Women's Circuit and been runner-up once.[3]
