On, 9 January 1884, a year after the marriage, she gave birth to her only child, a daughter, Naile Sultan.[5] In 1895, she was given the title of "Üçüncü Kadın".{{sfn|Uluçay|2011|p=247}} Dilpesend Kadın died on 17 June 1901 at the Yıldız Palace,{{sfn|Açba|2007|p=133}} and was buried in Yahya Efendi Cemetery.
