Alisha HayesAlisha Hayes and her husband Tydus opened [https://www.patsribplace.net/ Pat's Ribs] [1]in 2009. She got the inspiration through her mom who loved to make ribs, and her mom is also where the restaurant got its namesake. Alisha and Tydus both worked in seperate fields and had to learn a lot about the restaurant field. Alisha graduated from Carroll University in 2004 with a degree in English and Psychology. Pat's Ribs and Alisha keep close ties to her Alma Mater by being on the Alumni board and on the President's Council. Pat's has worked with local Waukesha establishments on numerous events. The new space will make its debut July 10. The establishment pointing east, GameTown, moved to a new location and Pat's Rib's saw the opportunity to expand due to the high demand of seating. Once the space was presented, they worked with designers from RCS Innovations and John Miller of Western Contractors of Milwaukee to start the eight-month renovation, resulting in a new 1,600-square foot dining room that seats 78 guests.
