Both the quintessence of independent experience of each of the friends and the management philosophy of Aram Mnatsakanov and his "ideal restaurant" interpretation were embodied in the new idea of the gourmet cuisine restaurant. The fresh interpretation of the traditional Italian cuisine carefully executed by the young and talented chef Antonio Fresa.
