Smt Jajalakshmi is daughter of Shri Krishnamurthy H.S. and Smt. Yashoda Krishnamurthy of Chitradurga, Karnataka , India. She is a child prodigy and Post Graduate and Doctorate in Food Science and Nutrition from Univ.of Agri. Sciences Dharwad. Smt Jayalakshmi started learning music at the age of 4 and rendered music concerts at the age of 10. Having had the experience of 26 years worked in different capacities like research, teaching and consultancy, in the arena of nutrition, music, music therapy and medical astrology, she has also experty in conventional, clinical and community nutrition. Popularly known for her orator ship, consultancy , research and music therapy concerts. She started learning Carnatic Classical music at the age of 4 years till 18 years years. from her Guru Shri Maniswamy, Aasthaan Vidwan of Mysore Maharajas. She pursued her learning process for about 14 years. She was trained up in the system of Guru Parampara, the essence of Indian Vedic Heritage. Later she pursued her Sangeetha Saadhana in Hindustani Classical music with Guru Ubhaya Gaana Vidushi, Dr.Shyamala G.Bhave. She has also learnt Astrology from Shri Aswath Narayana Sharma, who is her relative, engineer and ex-trustee of Hampi Virupaksha Temple, who has an experty in architecture on Indian Vaastu base. She is also into Yoga Saadhana under the blessing and guidance Shri V.S Uday kumar. To her credit she is the first to upscale voraciously the many scientific authentications on the concept of music therapy on Sama veda and Medical astrology i.e Graha chikitsa of ashtanga chikitsa of Ayurveda at globe scenario. Same aspects being supported and blessed by Parama poojya Shri.Dr.D.Veerendra Hegade.President SDM Trust Dharmasthala. Smt.Jayalakshmi was also associated with SDM faculty, there she was into teaching, research and consultancy. Smt Jajalakshmi was also associated as scientist/researcher in collaborative projects of University of Groningen, Netherlands and Karnataka University Dharwad. She was also as researcher at UAS Dharwad and BAIF India. She was also associated as Chief Clinical Nutritionist and in charge Dept. of Nutrition at Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Science and Research. She has published many scientific research papers on Clinical, Conventional, and Community nutrition and also collaborated research projects, performed numerous music therapy concerts on sama veda base, rendered talks on nutrition, many scientific research paper authentications of Vedic concepts, and Music therapy. She is also involved in women empowerment trainings and projects. Also involved with Karnataka Judicial Academy, High Court of Karnataka, also involved as youngest Panel Member in training judges for health and personality development. She is also Panel Member and resource person for nutrition and health projects for Trans genders, Legal Service Karnataka. Her Credentials is also as Resource person with AYUSH Karnataka. To her credit she has released audio CDs in bhakthi Sangeetha and Music therapy cd’s for different diseases and disorders. Honoured with recognised awards like : DR B.C.ROY Memorial award (for Clinical nutrition), Bhale Bharath Excellancy Award for Music therapy, Swarakala Prashasthi Puraskar for Vedas, Music and Parampara...etc. By making use of the foresaid aspects Smt. Dr.Jajalakshmi H.K. helped more than 150000 saadhakas in coping up with physical, mental and emotional issues of human entity which in turn paving way to build and evolve healthy society.
