It only operates in the educational organizations only. Educational management’s main goal is to provide a systematic and analytical information to improve the quality of education. Education is both important for developing and developed societies, as a result of how to improve the educational management become increasingly important in management perspective. It gains a great interest in the early 21st century [2]. Educational Management is also about what should the manager do to solve the problems. This is mainly because the different educational management strategies make a huge different to school and student outcome. Typically, the vital point of educational management is to link the goal and aim of education[3]. Education management which includes skills like planning, procurement, coordinating, influencing, stimulating, and evaluation is used in order to meet mange goals and objectives [4]. Thus, educational management is comprehensive effort in tended to achieve specific educational objectives. ConceptsManagement as discipline refers to that branch of knowledge, which has a strong connection to the principles and basis administration. The effective management of education becomes more and more important in today's society [5]. It is increasingly regarded as the essential element in school and college improvement. The quality of the leadership is one of the most important things in educational management. It has been proved that managers in education require well preparation in order to successfully lead schools and colleges. The development of effective leaders and manages requires a range of strategies, such as high-quality courses, reasonable tuition and experience also points out in his research that educational management is process of planning, organizing, controlling, staffing, directing and evaluating[6]. Bush said there are five models of educational management which is structure, system, bureaucratic, rational and hierarchical models. Educational management is a substantial system that needs each people to work together to achieve the goal[7]. The objectives of educational managementThe main objectives of education management are: · Maximum outputs with minimum resources. Educational management is basically to use utilizing human , material to build in a best combination. · Maximum the benefits for the employee and employers. Such as providing good working condition for them, suitable salary system, a reward system and so on. · Increasing the efficiency. Use less time to accomplish the task. Also, it brings out rational thinking, innovative and independent thinking. It helps to improves teachers’ teaching skills and mangers’ managing skills. It helps to achieve group goal. Which are planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling and commanding. · Planning function: Collect the useful information then combine them together. Creating a plan of short-term and long-term aim for them to achieve. · Organizing function: Use the capital and some materials to run the business of education. Making the structure of educational management can be done in proper way. · Coordinating function: Meetings or conferences should organize weekly for department heads and other staffs. Problems can be solved and discussed during the meeting and conferences. · Controlling function: Find out the weaknesses and problems. Based on the standard, evaluating the performance. · Commanding function: Leadership is very important in educational management. A successful manager has strong communicated skill, they know how to listen to other people and make their own judgement. · Evaluating function: Making an assessment for individual performance such as teachers and students. Leadership is not just simply being the most powerful, but as someone who sets direction and influences people to follow that direction. And they know how to motivate students to learn. A successful leader in educational management always has a specific goal, in what they want to achieve. They build up a shared vision for all people- the purpose, core values and standard that we should obey it. Leader have to know solve difficult problems even in a unpredictable situation. They also have to stay calm to face all kind of situation. A successful leader know how to motivate people to overcome the difficulty. Teaching in educational managementEffective teaching need to practice in reality life, also need to make a careful judgement. Teacher play an important role in educational management. They response to management team and monitor the students. Also, it is important for teacher to know the subjects they teach and have necessary knowledge of it. It is important to brainstorm things before making any assumptions in the field of education management, therefore we need to stand in a student’s position, and think about what they would do. Choice of solution There could be a lot of ways to solve the problems, but whether its suits the problems or not is a question. Its sometimes better to have short term goal that may be easy to achieve but long term one which requires more contribution. A reasonable goal that is created must be realistic and achievable in order for it to suitable for specific student. So that students are willing to sacrifice to achieve that goal. 3. Decisions and behaviors are governed by rules and regulations. When it comes to decisions making, it’s just only the education manager to decide what to do, but rather they should listen to the other people’s opinion, then use their best knowledge to finalize it. Educational management cannot help all people to do their own job by targeting the general level of people. It can be helpful when difficult situation occurs then we can apply those theories on it. 3. Understanding the cultural background. Understand the culture difference and tend to accept the difference by learning the cultural differences.
