Jefferson Pentecostal Church is Pentecostal, Apostolic church located in northwest Athens, Georgia. It is physically located halfway between Jefferson, Georgia and Athens, Georgia. The church believes in the Pentecostal experience and the Apostolic doctrine. HistoryJefferson Pentecostal Church was founded in 2000 when Pastor Gary Hosch began having regular services twice a week. He and his wife, Sister Donna Hosch, remained faithful to the church and congregation for 18 years. Currently, the church is pastored by Rev. Richard Howard and his wife Sis. Paula Howard, with Asst. Pastor Thad Jones and his wife Sis. Charlotte Jones. BeliefsThe church believes in the core message of salvation as preached by Peter on the Day of Pentecost, recorded in Acts 2:38.
