Amjad Ali Siadari of the Kaghan District, Pakistan. ALIAS: Kaghan Lakarhara is wanted by law enforcment agencies since 1992, after escape from the Jashumandu Prison in Swat Valley. Since his escape, law enforcment has recived 113 missing persons cases in the Kaghan area. After several extensive search programs, including those by international search parties, 2 bodies have been recovered. The remaining 111 are still missing and presumed as deceased. Witness ReportsLocals claim to have seen the Kaghan Lakarhara and were lucky as they escaped any unwanted consequences. Witnesses have claimed that their encounters with the Kaghan Lakarhara included the the man disguised as a toll booth operator, asking for lifts, or chopping trees in an unusual manner. Some wittnesses claimed, they have seen a man wearing mask made from the skin of another human. Attack on Adjacent HotelIn 1998, a unidentified man attempted to attack guests with an axe at the Adjacent Hotel in Shogran. There were no casualties. However, the hotel was sealed after security officials concluded of poor security arrangements. In 2016, a report was submitted to Khyber Land Department, recommending demolition of the hotel due to unusual activity surrounding the building and risk of it collapsing. |
