First premiering on the Archive.org site in October 2017 as a "temporary home" for their podcasts, before moving to "JohnAndWai4.Life" in November. POST Wrestling was announced on December 15, 2017, and launched on December 24, 2017, with their Christmas show that they had been doing from their days on the LAW. The two temporary podcasts were folded into the Post Wrestling banner, becoming Rewind-a-Raw and Rewind-a-SmackDown, while other former LAW podcasts announced their relaunches under the Post Wrestling umbrella during the show. HistoryPrevious home and temporary homesLive Audio Wrestling started on May 23, 1997, as an internet radio show covering professional wrestling spaning more than 20 years of history On the morning of October 30, 2017, the LAW issued a statement: {{Quote box|quote = Effective immediately, Live Audio Wrestling (The LAW) is being placed on a short hiatus. The program will be relaunched with a new format in the coming weeks. Stay tuned! |author = Live Audio Wrestling |source = http://fightnetwork.com/law/law-update/ https://twitter.com/LAWradio/status/925117227854127104 |width = 100% |align = Center }} This announcement came just fourteen hours after the October 29 edition of The LAW was made available for podcasting. Many fans were caught off guard as the hosts had signed off planning for a big show for the next week, including a returning John Pollock reviewing Impact Bound For Glory and UFC 217: Bisping vs. St-Pierre.[5] It was reported on the Wrestling Observer / Figure Four Online website in Dave Meltzer's October 30 Daily Update that; {{Quote box|quote = Very sorry to report that Live Audio Wrestling has been canceled and John Pollock and Jason Agnew were let go by The Fight Network. It's sad that the Impact acquisition has devastated Anthem's television network, first losing Robin Black and now Pollock, who is the total real deal as a reporter. I've been doing that show every weekend for 19 years and have enjoyed it greatly. John, Jason and Dan Lovranski have been great to work with and I wish the best to all of them |author = Wrestling Observer |source = |width = 100% |align = Center }} On the October 31 edition of Wrestling Observer Radio Meltzer also stated "The amount of money that their (Anthem) losing on Impact, has led to them doing cuts on the Fight Network" and "All the particulars (Presenters) that were on the show you know, are going to be gone." He went on to speculate that The LAW may be turned into a "Impact promotional show".[6] [7] Many of the LAW hosts including those from the associated podcasts received overwhelming support from their fans on twitter, including Jason Agnew,[8] John Pollock,[9] Wai Ting,[10] Braden Herrington,[11] "Bartender" Dave,[12] Brian Mann,[13] and Nate Milton,[14] while Chris Charlton,[15] WH Park,[16] Martian Bushby,[17] and Richard Benson[18] publicly thanked The LAW & John Pollock for their opportunities with "Japanese Audio Wrestling" and "British Audio Wrestling" respectively. Oli Court of "British Audio Wrestling" hinted "it's not the end of anything just yet!"[19] and Jojo Remy of "Japanese Audio Wrestling" stated "Not sure what this means for my show. I'll continue to be a strong presence at Voices of Wrestling."[20] Starting with the day after the shutdown of the LAW, John Pollock and Wai Ting continued to post audio reviews of Raw and SmackDown, under the temporary titles of John Pollock and Wai Ting Review Raw and John Pollock and Wai Ting Review SmackDown, respectively. On their first episode as independent podcasters, both hosts (Pollock had been one of Fight Network's longest-tenured employees, and, at the time of their release, one of the few remaining full-time journalists) discussed the news of being released from Fight Network (also stating that Dan "The Mouth" Lovranski and Jason Agnew were released), thanking their fans for all the support they received, their plans for their "future endeavours", alongside the review of Raw.[21] After first premiering on the "Archive.org" site in October 2017 as a "temporary home" for their podcasts, episodes also became available on the much more fan friendlier site of "JohnAndWai4.Life" in mid November. POST WrestlingPOST Wrestling was announced on December 15, 2017, and launched on December 24, 2017, with their Christmas show that they had been doing from their days on the LAW with many fans consider POST Wrestling to be a spiritual successor of Live Audio Wrestling / The LAW. The two temporary podcasts were folded into the Post Wrestling banner, becoming Rewind-a-Raw and Rewind-a-SmackDown respectively, while during the Christmas show many other former LAW podcasts announced their relaunches under the Post Wrestling umbrella during the Christmas show. Retuning shows included Review-A-Wai (Now "Rewind-A-Wai") & Ask-A-Wai, while others like Keep It 2000, the former "whtsNXT", the former "British Audio Wrestling", the former "Japanese Audio Wrestling", have yet to confirm a launch date and the latter three yet to be officially renamed. It was also reviled that "Bartender" Dave had started his own podcast with Danny Williams titled "Call To Arms Podcast" it focuses on the happier side of wrestling and is not affiliated with POST Wrestling.
