Sofocle is an enterprise Blockchain Development Company founded by Dr. Ravi Chamria and based out of India and UAE. Company:Dr. Ravi Chamria founded ‘Sofocle’ in 2016 as a company for developing and offering decentralized software services and solutions for Enterprises. As of December 2018, Sofocle houses a team of more than 40+ developers. Apart from India, the company also has its’ office in UAE. The company won the Blockchain Vizag contest, 2017 for their flagship product ‘sofoCap’ [1]. It was a Government of Andhra Pradesh (A.P.) initiative, and supported by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India. Some of the Blockchain technologies that the company works with are HyperLedger Fabric, HyperLedger Sawtooth, Ethereum, Multichain, Smart Contracts. Products:sofoChain: It is a track and trace Blockchain-based platform that has been developed using Blockchain technology in conjunction with IoT and Big Data. sofoCap: It is a Blockchain-based invoice discounting platform for dealing with issues related to supply chain financing.
