Created by TV21, the show ran for three series from 1999 to 2000. Notable films lampooned by the show included the 1935 Gene Autry serial The Phantom Empire and the 1962 Richard Kiel B-movie Eegah! AiringSeries 1 aired in 1999 for 15 episodes of 30 minutes each. A second series was commissioned by Channel 4 for broadcast in early 2000 and ran for 3 episodes of 60 minutes, while Series 3 soon followed in late 2000, running for 8 episodes of 60 minutes each. The program occupied the midnight slot on the Channel 4 Friday night 4Later schedule.
