He is Behrman Professor in the Humanities Council and associate chair of the Department of English at Princeton University. He is the author of three books, one of which is a collection of his poems. Early lifeDolven graduated from Yale University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy.[1] He was a Rhodes scholar at the University of Oxford,[2] and he earned a PhD in English from Yale.[1] He was also a fellow of the Young Faculty Leaders Forum at Harvard University.[1] He later joined the Harvard Society of Fellows.[1] CareerDolven is the Behrman Professor in the Humanities Council and associate chair of the Department of English at Princeton University.[3] He teaches courses on poetry and poetics.[4] Dolven is the author of three books, one of which is a collection of his poems. Moreover, his poems have been published in The Paris Review,[5] as well as English Literary Renaissance, Representations, Modern Philology, the Southwest Review and Raritan.[6] Works
