CareerClark is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Thomas Edison State College, her Master of Science (MS) degree from Touro University in New York, and has done graduate work at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.[2] In 2017, she was awarded a Master of Letters in Scottish History by the University of Dundee in Scotland. She has written extensively for television and magazines.[3][4] Her books have been translated into several languages.[5][6] Selected work
