释义 |
The Mazafran River is a river, with an estuary,[1] in Algeria, North Africa.[2] About {{convert|24|km|mi}} in length, the river passes through an area covered in woodlands, and some evidence of the Roman land ownership patterns are still discernable.[3] The river, which flows into the Mediterranean, forms part of the border of the wilaya of Tipaza. It is created by the confluence of the Chiffa River and the Djer River,[4] and although not navigable, has been used traditionally for irrigation.[5] References1. ^[https://www.researchgate.net/figure/26493107_fig1_Fig-5-Estruary-of-river-Mazafran-into-Mediteran-sea-in-alluvial-deposits-whose Estruary of river Mazafran] in Geological structure and mineral resources of Algeria. {{coord|36.6984|2.8030|type:river_region:DZ|format=dms|display=title}}2. ^Fernand Braudel, The Mediterranean and the Mediterranean World in the Age of Philip II, Volume 2 (University of California Press, 1995) , p63. 3. ^[https://books.google.com.au/books?id=HbhTCwAAQBAJ&pg=PA58&lpg=PA58&dq=Mazafran+River&source=bl&ots=ZG8jXEuSf6&sig=j-OUiBrlicTDOVmyh2TWNwSpQ2A&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjnra3i0avUAhWJi5QKHazWA10Q6AEITzAI#v=onepage&q=Mazafran%20River&f=false The Mediterranean Medina: International] Seminar]. 4. ^Statistical Society (Great Britain), Journal of the Statistical Society of London, Volume 2 (Statistical Society., 1839) 5. ^[https://books.google.com.au/books?id=tIQ_AAAAYAAJ&pg=PP124&lpg=PP124&dq=Mazafran+River&source=bl&ots=simryLMmbm&sig=nqs_WJRlIivICBlicy8cYVHBERw&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjlg8KR06vUAhUONpQKHZmrAMM4ChDoAQhGMAs#v=onepage&q=Mazafran%20River&f=false Journal of the Statistical Society of London], Volume 2 (Statistical Society., 1839). 5 : Rivers of Algeria|Africa river stubs|Algeria geography stubs|Bodies of water of Algeria|Landforms of Algeria |
