词条 | Pabalat |
释义 |
The origin of the art form is vague but according to Luz Ocampo, the art form may have been derived from Chinese papercutting. The form may also have been an offshoot of papel picado from Mexico. There are variations in pabalat making in Bulacan. In San Miguel, a stencil is used in tracing a pattern on the paper for pabalat-making, in Malolos stencil is not used.[3] References1. ^{{cite news|last1=Mapanoo|first1=Sherwin|title=The Pastillas Paper Cut Tradition|url=http://www.artesdelasfilipinas.com/archives/58/the-pastillas-paper-cut-tradition|accessdate=2 October 2015|publisher=Artes de las Filipinas}} 2. ^{{cite news|last1=Esquelona|first1=Ame Crace|title=Of wrappers, food and history|url=http://www.businessmirror.com.ph/of-wrappers-food-and-history/|accessdate=2 October 2015|publisher=BusinessMirror|date=20 December 2014}} 3. ^{{cite news|last1=Jones|first1=Catherine|title=The Matriarch of Pabalat: Nene Scissorhands|url=http://www.philstar.com/starweek-magazine/61483/matriarch-pabalat-nene-scissorhands|accessdate=2 October 2015|publisher=The Philippine Star|date=11 May 2011}} 3 : Folk art|Paper art|Philippine art |
