Club careerBorn in Palma, Majorca, Balearic Islands, Monchu joined FC Barcelona's youth setup in 2012, from RCD Mallorca.[1] After progressing through the youth setup, he made his senior debut with the reserves on 15 December 2017, coming on as a second-half substitute for Oriol Busquets in a 1–3 away loss against Cádiz CF for the Segunda División championship.[2] Career statistics{{updated|30 March 2019}}[3]
