The song represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016, and was written by Sandhja along with Milos Rosas, Heikki Korhonen, Petri Matara, and Markus Savijoki.[1] The song was released as a digital download on 13 January 2016 through Sony Music Finland.[2] Eurovision Song Contest{{Main|Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016}}Sandhja was announced as one of the 18 competing artists in Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu 2016 on 12 January 2016.[3] She competed in the third semi-final and advanced to the final.[4] In the final, she was declared the winner after winning the jury vote and placing third with the public.[1] She represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016, performing in the first half of the first semi-final[5] on 10 May, but failed to qualify to the 14 May 2016 final.
