Unnithan (Malayalam: ഉണ്ണിത്താന്‍ Uṇṇittān‍) is a Hindu caste in Kerala, India. This caste is often believed as a part of Nair Community or as a sub-caste of Nair Caste. The woman of Unnithan is known as 'Ittiyamma' or 'Kunjamma'. They were found in majority in Central Travancore. Unnithan ladies were married by the princes of the royal families such as Prayikkara, Ennakkad, Mavelikkara, Ennakad, etc. Unnithans from Ammachiveedu of Kollam played a major role in the administration of Desinganadu.
