BiographyHe was born on October 2, 1951 in the village. Mom was called Fatima, she worked as a cashier, an accountant. Father lost in infancy, he died in a car accident. The only sister Tatiana lives in Nalchik. Up to the 4th grade of the school he studied at the Kabardian school and did not know a word of Russian. He graduated from the vocal department of the musical school in Nalchik. Since 1971 to 1973 he served in the Soviet Army, in the ground forces on Sakhalin. After retiring to the reserve, he worked as a soloist in the Kabardino-Balkarian Philharmonic.[4] Fame came in 1973, when Zaur Tutov took second place at the All-Union competition in Minsk. Laureate of the World Festival of Youth and Students in East Berlin.
