}}Brackenridgea palustris is a tree in the family Ochnaceae. The specific epithet {{lang|la|palustris}} is from the Latin meaning "swampy", referring to the species' habitat.[4]DescriptionBrackenridgea palustris grows up to {{convert|30|m|-1}} tall with a trunk diameter of up to {{convert|40|cm|-1}}. The smooth to scaly bark is brown to reddish brown. The fruits measure up to {{convert|0.8|cm|in|1|abbr=on}} long.[4]Distribution and habitatBrackenridgea palustris grows naturally in Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Borneo, the Philippines and Sulawesi.
