BiographyChristian is originally from Jaffrey, New Hampshire. Pope John Paul II appointed him as the Auxiliary Bishop of Manchester, and he was consecrated bishop on May 14, 1996. On February 1, 2018, Pope Francis accepted his resignation. He is pastor of St. Joseph Parish in Manchester, New Hampshire.
