}}The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI; {{lang-ms|Kementerian Sains, Teknologi, dan Inovasi}}) is a ministry of the Government of Malaysia that is responsible for science, technology, innovation, space science, chemistry, nuclear, meteorological, standards, atomic energy, remote sensing, design, technology park, biotechnology, astronautics, cyber security, nanotechnology, venture capital, venture debt, AIDS, research. The current minister is Yeo Bee Yin. It was created in 1973 by the federal government as the Ministry of Technology, Research and Local Government and was reformed in 1976 as the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (MOSTE). Following the cabinet reshuffle of 2004, MOSTE evolved yet again to its current form.
