Płonina {{IPAc-pl|p|ł|o|'|n|i|n|a}} ({{lang-de|Nimmersath}}) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bolków, within Jawor County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately {{convert|8|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of Bolków, {{convert|20|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of Jawor, and {{convert|77|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 157.
