The vote was designed to educate students and simulate the electoral process for persons who have not yet reached the legal majority. Schools with a large student body that reside in another electoral district had the option to vote for candidates outside of the electoral district then where they were physically located.[7] {{Canadian election result/top|CA|2011|percent=yes}}{{CANelec|CA|Conservative|Gail Shea|475|29.87}}{{CANelec|CA|Liberal|Guy Gallant|407|25.60}}{{CANelec|CA|Green|Carl Anthony|391|24.59}}{{CANelec|CA|NDP|Jacquie Robichaud|317|19.94}}{{Canadian election result/total|Total valid votes|1,590|100.00|}}{{end}}See also
