Trinity Christian Academy is a private classical Christian school in Lexington, Kentucky. It is a school that teaches by the classical education method or trivium and is a member of the Association of Classical and Christian Schools. Trinity Christian Academy was founded in 1988. Besides classical education, it offers an excellent arts program, competitive athletics, and small class sizes. In the 2016-17 school year, there were 384 students in grades Pre-K through 12. The Middle school offers extracurricular activities such as drama, specialized musical groups, archery, soccer, basketball, cross-country, baseball, softball, and golf. The boys and girls in 8th grade often play on the junior varsity athletic teams. The High School (9th to 12th grade) is also located at Anchor Baptist Church. The High School offers extracurricular activities including archery, soccer, baseball, softball, golf, volleyball, cheerleading, cross-country, and basketball.
