The AEG DJ.I was a highly streamlined biplane ground attack aircraft of late World War I that was undergoing evaluation at the time of the Armistice.[1] Design and developmentThe single seat attack biplane, which began evaluation in September 1918, carried a pair of 7.92 mm (.312 in) "Spandau"-type machine guns and a light bomb load. The design featured aluminium fuselage coverings, I-type interplane struts with no flying or landing wires, and protective armour.[1] Specifications (AEG DJ.I){{Aircraft specs |ref=German Aircraft of the First World War[1] |prime units?=met |genhide= |crew=1 |capacity= |length m=6.69 |length ft= |length in= |length note= |span m=10 |span ft= |span in= |span note= |height m=3 |height ft= |height in= |height note= |wing area sqm= |wing area sqft= |wing area note= |swept area sqm= |swept area sqft= |swept area note= |volume m3= |volume ft3= |volume note= |aspect ratio= |airfoil= |empty weight kg=1,185 |empty weight lb= |empty weight note= |gross weight kg=1,370 |gross weight lb= |gross weight note= |max takeoff weight kg= |max takeoff weight lb= |max takeoff weight note= |fuel capacity= |lift kg= |lift lb= |lift note= |more general=
