Viktoriya Viktorovna Tolstoganova ({{lang-ru|Виктория Викторовна Толстоганова}}; born 24 March 1972) is a Russian film and theater actress.

Biography

Viktoriya Tolstoganova was born in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union.

Viktoriya studied at the State Institute of Theatrical Art of the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts - (GITIS) and the All-Russian State University of Cinematography named after S. A. Gerasimov - (VGIK), in the workshop of Joseph Heifits. The actress of the Moscow Drama Theater. Stanislavsky.

She graduated from GITIS and VGIK and made her debut in "The Day Duty" 1997 short film. Viktoriya Tolstoganova is also an actress of the Moscow Art Theatre, where she played in "We Start a New Life, or the Oginski Polonaise", "The Masquerade", Khlestakov and "The Twelfth Night" performances. She also played in such stagings as "The Plasticine", "Shopping & Fucking" and Boris Godunov.

The actress of the Moscow Stanislavsky Drama Theater, in which she started working while studying at the university.

Career

In 2003 she played the role of Marina in The Magnetic Storms.[1] In 2004 she was selected to help chose the recipients of Russia's Triumph Prize winners.[2] In 2005 she was a member of the jury at the 27th Moscow International Film Festival.[3] In 2007 she played a prostitute in the film May.[4] In 2010 she starred in the Klim Shipenko directed Who am I? playing a provincial journalist.[5]

Personal life

In August 1996, Tolstoganova married actor Andrei Kuzichev. They have two children: daughter Barbara and son Fedor. The couple divorced in 2010 (according to other sources in 2011).

On 17 May 2011 the actress gave birth to a son, Ivan. The boy’s father is theater director Aleksei Agranovich.
