It is locally significant as a frame vernacular house with Gothic Revival influences, and for being one of Orange Park's largest 19th century houses. Description and historyBuilt in 1882, the house has an irregular layout and rests on a series of brick piers. It is adorned with wooden drop siding and a steeply pitched, complex cross-gable roof with hip extensions. One brick chimney stands above the roof.
