• National Lacrosse League - Philadelphia Wings defensive specialist – World Champions in 1998 and 2001

• Major League Lacrosse – Baltimore Bay hawk defenseman

• Major League Lacrosse – Assistant Coach Philadelphia Barrage – World Champions in 2006 & 2007 in doing so became the first team to win back to back world championships in MLL history.

• Major League Lacrosse – Head Coach San Francisco Dragons and right after became the Head Coach Denver Outlaws. Also, Assistant Coach Boston Cannons.

• 15 years of playing and coaching experience in Major League Lacrosse
