The combination drug fluticasone furoate/vilanterol, marketed as Breo Ellipta (US, Canada) and Relvar Ellipta (UK), is approved for use in the United States for long-term maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in people with COPD.[3] It is also approved for the treatment of asthma.[4] See also
