Gmina Gronowo Elbląskie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Gronowo Elbląskie, which lies approximately {{convert|7|km|mi|0}} west of Elbląg and {{convert|86|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|89.2|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,875.
