Hagaström is a part (pop. approx 2,000) of the city of Gävle, situated 5 km west of its centre, Gävle Municipality in east central Sweden. There is a delicatessen named Coop Nära but in everyday speech called Konsum. There is also a pizzeria besides Coop Nära which is called Hagaströms Pizzeria. Hagaströms southern boarder is represented by Gavleån, there is a hydro electric plant there and a small beach located in the neighborhood Duro. In the northern edge of Hagaströms is a School called Hagaströmsskolan. There is also a sports field located 200 meters west of the school. Football, ice hockey and ice skating is regularly trained there. A 2,5 kilometer track called Elljuspåret is located there too. Famous people from Hagaström includes Mora Träsk. Residential Zones
