Early lifeJorge Antonio is son of the president of CONCANACO, Jorge Kahwagi Gastine.[1] He then would become vice-president to his father, at Mexico's Confederation of the National Chambers of Commerce (CONCANACO). He is of Lebanese descent.[2] CareerPoliticsKahwagi was a member of Mexico's PVEM political party. In 2000, he was elected as a commissioner of the Mexican Government, and he was assigned to different ventures such as being a member of Mexico's commission on the United States and on Japan.
