It was built in 1895. listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.[1] In 1985 the building was listed as a King County, Washington historic site. [2]The building has a prominent gambrel roof which gives it a barn-like appearance.[3] The building is currently occupied by a business named "River Run Anglers"[4][5] The east bank of the Snoqualmie River is a few hundred yards away.
