It is a small village located in the canton of Creney-près-Troyes and the arrondissement of Nogent-sur-Seine. It is located 120 km from Paris and 310 km from the port at Calais.[1] Nearby towns include Méry-sur-Seine, {{convert|2.4|km|mi|abbr=on}} north; Vallant-Saint-Georges, {{convert|2.5|km|mi|abbr=on}} southeast; and Châtres, {{convert|4|km|mi|abbr=on}} northwest.[2] M.
