The corridor was first studied in 1998.[1][2] It was one of six corridors analyzed in a Major Transportation Investment Analysis (MTIA) commissioned by the East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG).[1] Proposed routeThis alignment is one of two proposed routes that will serve St. Louis City.
