In 2015, the "Nositi" newspaper was enriched with a variety of articles from young spirits who were distinguished for their community leading capability and capacity. The field in which the articles were concentrated was that of leadership.

Editor-in-Chief of the first newspaper leadership supplement was the President of the Senate of the Gjimnazi "Muharrem Collaku", Mr. Diter Bitri. Often, a considerable number of individuals fail to crystallize the details of being a leader group rather than a group leader. A director gets the merits of herself by using others to point out the superiority he possesses on the tire while on the other hand a leader tells his people the right way, motivates them by praising and at the same time tries to be synchronized with him everyone, always thinking "WE can!"

I emphasize the fact that the term leader can not only be in politics. Otherwise, this term carries a wide spectrum of being a leader, especially in a situation when in a group there is always someone who stands out from others by placing points on 'i'. Respectively the leader may have in the family, art, sport, politics, etc. Basically, these individuals always "counteract" the power, acting and not being positioned, and this is one of the most important parts to build a stronghold of a strong leader. According to author Hans Finzel: "A leader directs people where they could never go by themselves." By analyzing this expression, we can conclude that a leader always tends to accomplish group objectives. No matter the post he has, the determination to accomplish his goal in the group, reaches out to penetrate egoism to be the first one. Meanwhile, behind the leader there are 999 others who have contributed with their thoughts to design a brilliant skeleton, which gives the form of solving a particular problem. Nowadays, many people have trouble getting out of the comfort zone and taking the liberty to engage in training or events that can be the first step towards success. In everyday life, you are sometimes conditioned to follow the crowd, even though you know that it would be better for the crowd to follow you, as if you were the only planet you could face in different colors when it was ahead have been shallow in a tunnel with black and white light. All the knowledge we accumulate will not be worth it if we do not share it with the right people or systematize it properly, just like the sounds of a famous Mozart symphony.

Likewise, a leader with his group should also be in place so that there is no vacuum in the whole process of tire cooperation. Being a leader requires a lot of patience, dedication, support, and a weaving all together would manifest what is called the "Art of Leadership". A detail that could not be missing while driving a leader is the time. Remember that time walks just before, without stopping! In this way, a visionary leader can always be personalized, who always has to move forward, despite the challenges, the gloomy that may appear in the beautiful sunny days and the freshness of the spring.
