The 2002–03 season was the 88th season of the Isthmian League, which is an English football competition featuring semi-professional and amateur clubs from London, East and South East England. Aldershot Town won the division and were promoted to the Football Conference ten years after Aldershot bankruptcy. Canvey Island finished second for the third time in a row. Four teams finished bottom of the table relegated to divisions One. At the end of the season Purfleet was renamed Thurrock.
