It is found in China (Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Shanxi). The wingspan is {{convert|8|-|20|mm}}. The ground colour of the forewings is yellow, finely reticulated (a net-like pattern) with yellowish brown throughout. The hindwings are grey.
